RESHORING PHARMA MANUFACTURING AND BATTLING SUPPLY CHAIN PROBLEMS
The ECCPM FORUM 2024 was a highly engaging two-day event, attracting over 100 participants from the pharmaceutical industry, research, and regulatory agencies. The program combined hands-on scientific training with insightful presentations, creating a dynamic mix of interactive learning and expert-led discussions. Day 1 offered participants three interactive training sessions led by RCPE experts, focusing on advanced continuous manufacturing practices. In addition to these sessions, the day included a series of thought-provoking talks that set the stage for deeper discussions on the future of pharmaceutical production.
Day 2 continued with a curated panel of international experts, who explored cutting-edge topics such as nano-systems and data-driven digital solutions. Across both days, 8 keynote talks and various networking opportunities facilitated collaboration among C-level executives, researchers, and innovators, all united by a shared vision for advancing pharmaceutical manufacturing.
As a satellite event, the BioNanoNet (BNN) Annual Forum & Networking Session took place on 12 September, focusing on “Sustainability in Pharma.” BNN members attended the ECCPM morning session, followed by afternoon discussions on sustainability. The day concluded with a networking event that brought together BNN members, ECCPM partners, and other stakeholders, enhancing collaboration across both platforms.
